The Latest Industry News
In the first piece of news we have available to share, as always, revolves around the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Not long after we shared our last news piece, bombshell news hit the vaping industry. A certain company, which name rhymes with "Duul", received an MDO (Marketing Denial Order) for all of its products on June 23. Just imagine if you spent a reported $100 million on the PMTA process only for all of it to be a waste! Luckily for the company, the FDA reversed its decision on July 5, pausing the previous order. The FDA shared on Twitter that it "has determined that there are scientific issues unique to the (company) application that warrant additional review."
While there is certainly more industry news floating around, the FDA and its denial orders is what continues to take the headlines. As we learn more and discover more industry news, we'll be sure to share it in our next blog.
Our Latest Company News
After a successful 4th of July sale, we're already ramping up for our huge Labor Day Sale that will take place in September. However, until then, there are more Holidays to celebrate, like National Mountain Climbing Day, our favorite, National Watermelon Day, and on the 13th is Left Hander's Day (we didn't know that was a thing!).
Despite there not being any big sales at West Coast Vape Supply until September, there are a lot of new products to look forward to, as always. Our Labor Day Sale is going to be huge, and we're going to spend the next couple of months bringing in the latest and greatest products from the most reputable vape brands.
