While March hasn't become the banger of a month we were hoping for (in terms of new product and news), we have managed to add more than a few new products to the store and compile a list of the latest industry and company news to ensure you have something to read.

The Latest Industry News
The most recent news in the industry is one that has the most significance. On March 10, 2022, the Senate made a vote on the Omnibus Spending Bill, which passed with a result of 68-31 in favor. The bill now heads to President Biden so that it can be signed into law.
There happens to be language in the bill that has to do with vaping, and it's the new synthetic nicotine law. The new law will make products using synthetic nicotine subject to the same rules as tobacco-derived nicotine set in place by the FDA. This means synthetic nicotine is no different than tobacco-derived nicotine products in terms of rules manufacturers, distributors, and retailers must abide by. Once Biden signs the bill into law, it will go into effect in 30 days, then manufacturers have an addition 30 days to submit PMTAs for their synthetic products that are currently on the market. Once submitted, the applicants have a mere 60 days to receive authorization from the FDA. If no authorization has been given during that time, those products must be removed from the market.
You may know by now that some manufacturers are still producing vape juice because they've reformulated their blends using synthetic nicotine. Before you become too concerned, however, this doesn't mean it's the end of vaping as we know it. Some of these manufacturing brands will throw in the towel, and others will continue the fight. Amanda Wheeler, President of the American Vapor Manufacturers Association is hard at work to continue the fight, and manufacturers themselves will be dishing out various legal plans of action in the next few weeks to make sure that you continue having access to your favorite vapor products.
