Important: We do NOT ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All orders are fulfilled through small regional PACT Act-compliant carriers that require adult ID and signature upon delivery.

Delivery Timeline Breakdown
Due to PACT Act regulations, all vape orders ship through specialized regional carriers rather than USPS, FedEx, or UPS. This does affect overall delivery times compared to standard retail shipping. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order:
Order Processing: 3 to 5 Business Days
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team picks, packs, and prepares your order for dispatch. Age verification is also completed during this stage.
Warehouse to Local Carrier: 7 to 10 Days
Your package travels from our fulfillment center to the regional carrier hub closest to your delivery address. Transit times vary based on your location relative to our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA.
Local Carrier to Your Door: 2 to 10 Days
The local carrier completes the final delivery to your address. Delivery schedules vary by carrier and area. Someone 21 or older with valid ID must be present to sign for the package at the time of delivery.

Adult Signature Requirement
Per the PACT Act amendment effective March 27, 2021, every vape shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery. The person signing must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID. This applies to all states, no exceptions.
An Adult Signature fee is automatically added to your cart at checkout. This fee covers the cost of the signature verification service required by law on all vape deliveries. It is not optional and cannot be removed.
If no adult is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Packages that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us. Returned packages due to failed signature attempts may be subject to reshipping fees.
Tips for a Smooth Delivery
Consider shipping to your workplace or another address where an adult is regularly available during the day.
Include your updated phone number, gate access codes, apartment or unit numbers, and any other delivery details in your order notes at checkout.
Make sure the name and address on your order exactly matches a valid ID that the signer will present at delivery.
We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses as these require USPS, which is prohibited from carrying vape products under the PACT Act.
We will not be held responsible for carrier delays. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees.
Online Age Verification
Due to strict FDA regulations governing the sale of vaping products, West Coast Vape Supply has partnered with AgeChecker.net, a leading provider of real-time identity verification and knowledge-based authentication solutions. All customers must pass age verification to complete a purchase.
Age verification is completed automatically at checkout. Customers who do not meet the minimum legal smoking age in their state will not be able to complete their order. This is a federal compliance requirement and applies to every order, without exception.

You must meet the legal smoking age in your state to purchase. In most US states this is 21 years of age.

ID at Delivery
In addition to online verification, a physical government-issued ID is required from the recipient at the time of delivery.
PACT Act Compliance
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act was amended in December 2020 to include all Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), effective March 27, 2021. This amendment prohibits USPS from carrying vaping products and mandates adult signature verification on all vape deliveries nationwide.
West Coast Vape Supply is fully compliant with the PACT Act. We ship exclusively through compliant regional carriers, collect and remit all applicable state excise taxes at checkout, apply all required federal package labeling, and enforce adult signature on every delivery.
